Access to dry, refrigerated, and freezer storage, plus dedicated prep and production space to keep your business moving.

Support for food trucks, caterers, bakers, chefs, and packaged-food businesses, including food-truck parking, loading access, gray-water and oil disposal, and other commissary services.

Permanent Workspace

  • Dedicated workspace with unlimited use. Currently operating with a waitlist.

Full-Time

  • Unlimited access during approved operating hours. Limited availability (2–3 openings). Mid-month starts are prorated during the second month.

Part-Time

  • One scheduled day per week based on availability.

Food Truck

  • Includes one weekly service for trash disposal, used cooking oil disposal, and grey water disposal. Fresh water service coming soon.

Hourly

  • Flexible kitchen access for one-time projects, small production runs, or when you need a professional space without a monthly commitment.
