Founded by Annie in 2021, Valley Larder began as a specialty cheese and charcuterie business inspired by a passion for quality food, local products, and bringing people together. As the needs of the local food community evolved, so did Valley Larder.

Today, Valley Larder is a licensed commercial commissary kitchen serving Carson Valley and Northern Nevada. Our facility provides chefs, bakers, caterers, food truck operators, specialty food producers, and other culinary entrepreneurs with a professional, fully equipped space to prepare, produce, and grow their businesses.
