Before filling out our application form below this is the list of documents we require you to have. Please note that we require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit for our spaces due 24hrs after mutual acceptance.If you have any questions about a form don't hesitate to reach out.

4. Health Department / Depot information
5. First month's rent
